Georgia's Birthday Gifts

Wyatt gave Georgia a 3-wheel princess scooter for her 3rd birthday.

And Mommy & Daddy have a "Magic Castle" for Georgia...

Volcano!

Wyatt and Georgia called this a volcano, but it was only a grass fire in Lowry, about 2 miles south of our neighborhood.  The school in the foreground is Bill Roberts, where Wyatt goes.

Georgia's 3rd Birthday Party

The hype preceeding Georgia's 3rd birthday party was, quite frankly, embarrassing.  She began talking about her party on October 17, 2008 (the date of Wyatt's last birthday party).  Georgia talked almost daily about the theme, who was coming, the cake, the presents, and how long it would be until her party.

The day finally arrived with pronouncements by Georgia that "I'm the birthday girl!"  Alas, all the hype must have been too much as she sulked for a while on the couch, but then rallied when the birthday cake appeared.  The theme was "Princess Party" and the kids decorated their own crowns and tiaras.  We had a princess pinata full of candy and toys.

Thanks for all the wonderful gifts.  We'll let you know when the pre-party talk begins for her 4th birthday.  (P.S.) This is Evan's first blog!

Georgia After Augie's Party

Georgia's best little buddy is Augie.  He recently turned 3 & she had a great time at his party, complete with face-painting and a balloon artist (?).  Now the count-down is on for Georgia's upcoming 3rd birthday, which she has been planning and talking about for months now, no joke.  As long as there is a Disney Princess cake & lots of pink, I think she'll be ecstatic!  We'll see.
